It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to HOMAT Group of Schools, a place where young minds are nurtured, talents are discovered, and futures are built with care, discipline and purpose.
When we founded HOMAT, our aim was to deliver sound, functional and value-driven education that would prepare students for life, not only for examinations. Over the years, that purpose has remained with us as our schools have grown and our students have moved into different fields in Nigeria and beyond.
Our commitment to excellence
We combine academic work with moral instruction because intelligence is most useful when it is joined with discipline and responsibility. From the early years to senior secondary school, our programmes are organised to help learners develop at the level appropriate to them.
We continue to invest in teachers, facilities, technology and activities that give children more ways to learn and demonstrate what they can do.
Our achievements tell part of the story
HOMAT students have represented the school in science, entrepreneurship, debate, sport and the arts. They have competed at local, state and national level, and they have also carried HOMAT to international competition.
These results come from preparation: students willing to work, teachers and coaches willing to guide them, and families willing to support the process.
Partnering with parents
Raising a child is a partnership between home and school. We value communication with parents because the best decisions are made when both sides understand the child, the expectations and the work that needs to be done.
Looking ahead
We will keep improving how we teach, use technology and create opportunities outside the classroom. The world our students will enter is changing quickly; our duty is to give them foundations strong enough to adapt without losing their values.
